Scruch / Paper Ball develops on an earlier maquette exhibited at Um Om in July 2011. This work is smaller in scale and more clearly explores the scunched paper ball as an icon of frustration and potential within creative process.
The work was exhibited at the Woollahra Small Sculpture Prize in 2011, recieving the 'Highly Commended' award from judges Gene Sherman and Ted Snell.
